SUPPLY Helping supplies move to the people who need them
About SUPPLY

A shared operating layer for getting public health supplies where they are needed.

SUPPLY connects donated and purchased PPE, DME, tests, filters, tools, warehouses, community requests, and coordinator decisions in one visible workflow. It is built so the path from source to handoff is understandable, reviewable, and easier to act on.

1

Supplies come in

Manufacturers, vendors, donors, relief groups, and partner systems share what they have. SUPPLY tracks the item, source, local SKU, vendor SKU, quantity, lot details, product link, image, and where it is stored.

2

Requests are submitted

Community groups, mask blocs, nonprofits, care programs, and individuals ask for specific supplies and quantities. Requests can include sizing, urgency, handoff needs, notes, and preferred products.

3

Stock is reviewed

Coordinators compare the request against current inventory, caps, urgency, and location. The system keeps the recommendation visible, but people stay in control of approvals and changes.

4

Routes are chosen

SUPPLY can compare local hubs, regional hubs, micro-distribution points, and warehouse partners to suggest a practical route based on available quantity, average travel time, cost, and handoff constraints.

5

Movement stays visible

Everyone with the right access can see where a request is in the path: submitted, reviewed, approved, prepared, in transit, ready for pickup, or delivered.

6

Integrations keep data moving

Partner inventory can be added manually or through structured files such as CSV, XLSX, and ANSI X12 inventory feeds. The goal is to reduce duplicate entry while keeping SUPPLY as the operational view.

Who uses it

Each person enters through the path that matches their role.

Suppliers and donors add inventory, upload files, and track where supplies can help.

Requesters ask for specific products and follow the status of their request.

Coordinators review requests, compare supply options, and approve movement.

Warehouses and hubs prepare, store, and hand off supplies.

Admins manage access, partners, integrations, and platform settings.
